1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on tiorie.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order. Orders placed by or on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Descriptions, Weight & Purity

  • All jewellery is handcrafted; gold weight, diamond weight/count, and dimensions shown on the Website are approximate and may vary within a standard industry tolerance of up to ±5%, or as specifically stated on the product page.
  • Product images are for representational purposes. Minor variations in shade, finish, or diamond placement between the image and the delivered product are normal for natural gemstones and handmade pieces and do not constitute a defect.
  • All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID as mandated by the Bureau of Indian Standards. Solitaire diamonds are graded per GIA/IGI standards; other diamonds are certified by SGL or an equivalent recognised laboratory, as stated on the individual product page and invoice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise, and are based on the prevailing gold/diamond rate on the date of order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description, or typographical error on the Website at any time, including after an order is placed but before it is dispatched. In such cases, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm at the corrected price or cancel with a full refund.
  • Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.

5. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Fraud Prevention

  • An order confirmation email/SMS acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order at our sole discretion, including where: (a) billing and shipping details do not match and cannot be verified; (b) the order appears to be placed for resale/commercial purposes without authorisation; (c) the payment is declined, disputed, or flagged as high-risk by our payment partner or bank; (d) the customer has a prior history of fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or misuse of our return policy; or (e) product pricing/availability displayed was a result of a technical error.
  • For orders above ₹25,000 or as otherwise determined by us, we may require additional identity verification (a government-issued photo ID matching the billing name) before dispatch.

6. Customised & Made-to-Order Items

Items that are engraved, resized outside standard range, or made to custom specification are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except where the delivered item is materially defective or does not match the confirmed specification.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@tiorie.com of any unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — designs, photographs, logos, and text — is the property of Tiorie and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. It may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit fraudulent orders or payment information; misuse the return/replacement process, including by submitting edited, cropped, or staged photographs/videos as evidence, or by returning a different or used item in place of the original; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell products in breach of these Terms; or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
